Replacement Policy - easy2buy.pk

At easy2buy.pk, we prioritize the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. If you encounter a fault with your purchase, you can return it within 2 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
 Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or faults.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide a video of the product opening that clearly shows the fault. The video should be taken at the time of unboxing and must be unedited.

2. Return Process:
Contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving your order at support@easy2buy.pk. Include your order number and the unboxing video showing the fault.
 Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process if the fault is verified.
 Once approved, your faulty product will be collected and you will be given new product.

3. Exchanges:
We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are eligible for exchange only.
 Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a replacement product of the same type.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
Items without the required unboxing video.
Products that are found to be free of faults after inspection.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, follow the return process outlined above.
